The Marketing Division of IIL is manned by a team of well-trained professionals reaching out to customers. IIL has distribution points at 16 locations in India. This is supported by a network of stockists and retailers.

Vaccines being thermolabile in nature, their storage, transportation and delivery has to be done under controlled temperature. Through years of experience, Indian Immunologicals Limited have set up a unique distribution system assuring delivery of  vaccines under a cold chain. Our marketing team ensures that the vaccines are inspected for maintenance of a specific temperature at every stage of transportation to ensure that there is no break in the cold chain.

The Marketing Division regularly conducts technical seminars with participation from veterinarians, scientists and administrators to disseminate the latest information on vaccinology for the effective control and management of animal diseases among livestock. Indian Immunologicals Limited also undertakes extension work to increase awareness among farmers about the role of vaccination in livestock health care.

Strategy

As depicted above our market is broadly classified under two heads namely Domestic and Export markets. The Domestic market is divided into Animal Health and Human Health divisions. The Animal health division is further classified into Institutional Business, Trade Business, Co-operative Business, and Operation Prathirodh. The main objective is to generate the business from these segments by projecting a good image of organization to the customers and other agencies. Similarly the Human Health Division is classified into Institutional Business, Abhay Clinic, Abhay Shoppe and Jeevan Vaccine Center.
